We knew that our main objective was to get work done in LA but it didn’t seem too bad as we spent most of our time with Joe, Elle and Toby of DB to come out with a spotlight that they would be proud of.  It was a great experience to not only pick their minds but hear their individual stories.  The shoot went extremely smooth and we owe that to the amazing personalities of everyone at digital bolex.

We wanted showcase not only the company, but the personality behind it.  In our upcoming piece you get to know a little about the individuals behind the idea, and the journey traveled to get to this point.

Leila was born in San Diego, California, and grew up in Staten Island New York. She realized her passion for singing at a very early age, and has been determined to pursue a music career ever since.  With an Ep under her belt, she is ready to release her first full length album.  Take a look at our Spotlight video as she lets us know a little bit more about herself.

Day 1

BPK was welcomed with open arms by the art scene and everything went better than expected.  Not only did we get some excellent footage of Fumero for our upcoming feature,  plenty of his friends and admirers were more than happy to talk about his work as well.

Day 2

We pay Fumero a visit at his home studio, where he gets most of his work done.  We sit him down for the interview portion of our video and get to know the man and the artist.

Inside The Mind Of A One Night Stand

After walking three blocks I decided to take off my heels. It was 3am and I became the drunken girl with no shoes on. But just an hour before I was the drunken girl making out with a complete stranger who I was now going home with. Our little make-out session got pretty heavy quickly in the club bathroom and I was itching for more. He kissed pretty well which in my experience if they kiss well they are usually horrible in bed. Doesn’t make sense I know but it’s what I’ve concluded after my sophomore year of college. So why even go home with the dude? Well, I was horny and aesthetically he was up to par.

After walking whatever so many blocks to his apartment I was greeted with a nice long flight of stairs. He up walked up two steps and gave me his arm to hold. I wanted to sit down. I wanted to pee. I wanted tie up my hair. I wanted to do anything but walk up those fucking stairs. When I let go of his arm he started to laugh. He grabbed my shoes from my hand and said, “You okay? We don’t have to do this. I can call you a cab home.”

I stood up and continue to climb up the stairs. Running my fingers through the wall I started to feel myself slide downward and called out for him.

“Where the fuck is your arm? I need your arm!”

He climbed back down and started to carry me up.

“I think you are a little too drunk Claire.” He said.

I wanted to tell him to fuck off but one should never curse out anyone who is carrying you up a flight of stairs. It would just hurt. So I let him huff and puff all the way to his door.

He placed me against the door has he reached inside his pocket for his keys. I touched his face and he smiled.

He struggled to put the key in the hole.

“I’m not drunk, you just have too many stairs.” I said.

This made him laugh and drop the keys at my feet. I picked them up and took in upon myself to open the door.

Walking inside his apartment I notice there wasn’t much to look at.

A big screen TV, an Xbox, two leather armchairs and a lamp in the shape of a naked lady.

I sure do know how to pick them I thought to myself.

He asked me if I wanted a drink and I shook my head no. I followed him into the kitchen, which smelled like cheese. He grabbed a beer from the fridge. I sat on the only chair around and began to tie my hair up in a bun. For those who do not know, this is the universal sign that she is ready to fuck.

He took two sips of his beer and walked towards me. He lifted me off the chair and began kissing me.

I tugged on his belt buckle and began to take it off. He unzipped my dress and it slipped down to my feet. I kicked it out of our way and we shuffled in unison to his bedroom.

I thought about taking a quick look around his room but who was I kidding, there was nothing around that was going to make me go, “Oyo what is that?”

I pulled myself off of him and found my way to his bed. His sheets were warm but he only had one pillow. This annoyed me. Who the fuck sleeps with one pillow? But before I could finish this thought he climbed himself on top of me and peeled off my underwear.

Here we go, moment of truth I thought.

“Are you comfortable?” He asked.

I shook my head yes and propelled him closer to me.

If he struggled to put the keys in the hole before I wondered if he was going to struggle now.

He kept kissing me and it felt nice but really I wanted to get this over with. I reached for his dick to see if it was hard and yes he was good to go.

He who had no name spread my legs a little wider and began to make his way inside.

Once he was inside, I wrapped my legs around his lower back, clinched my toes and waited for some movement to begin.

He slowly pushed his way up and down.

Up and down.

Up and down.

UP AND FUCKING DOWN!

I was going to pretend to moan but I was distracted by the shiny gold alarm that was wobbling around on his small wooden nightstand. I watched as it reached closer and closer to the edge. I was more fixated with the stupid alarm clock then I was with him. I took a quick glance at him to notice if he noticed how horribly this was going.

The smile on his face said otherwise and I continued to watch the clock.

Any second now it was going to fall. I took my hands off his shoulders thinking that I could catch the clock when it falls but instead Mr. Clueless took it as a sign to pin my hands above my head.

” You like that?” He said.

I smiled not really wanting to say anything.

He began to kiss my neck and asked me if I could go on top.

I pushed him upward and we switched positions. I took a brief look at the clock, which was still wobbling around and made my way on top.

I moved back and forth slowly at first, then quickly, then slowly. He began to moan which sounded sexy but not enough to make me interested in what we were doing.

I began to move upward and the quickly downward. I did this a few more times. He grabbed onto my hips and shouted, “I’m about to cum. I’m going to cum.”

He let out another moan and then a sigh of relief.

He was done and the clock finally stopped wobbling.

I climbed off of him and slipped under the covers.

He stood up and walked into the kitchen, I’m assumed to finish his beer.

A few seconds later he slipped under the covers next to me and began to fall asleep.

I waited a good 10 minutes before moving.

I stuck my head under the covers and saw that my 20-dollar panties from Victoria’s Secret were stuck to his feet. This grossed me out and decided to leave without them. I tiptoed into the kitchen to find my dress, which to my surprise he neatly laid out on the chair.

I slipped it on and scrambled around for my shoes.

No shoes.

Where the fuck are my shoes??

Fuck me.

I didn’t want to be walking around at 6 am with no shoes.

They were also neatly placed but this time on the window still.

I threw them on and I picked up from the floor what looked like the cable bill and glanced at the address of this place.

I called a cab and headed out the door.

I made it half way down the stairs and without much hesitation turned back around.

I walked back into his apartment and tiptoed once again to his room. He was now snoring.

I looked at the clock and nervously snatched it.

I ran out the door and flew down the stairs where a yellow cab was waiting for me.

I didn’t get much out of the night…but I did get a nice, shiny gold alarm clock.
